RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), the California Air Re-
sources Board (ARB), and DOO-
SAN INFRACORE are pleased to
explain the Federal and Califor-
nia Emission Control System War-
ranty on your 2015MY to 2017MY
non-road engine. DOOSAN IN-
FRACORE has designed, built and
equipped the engine so as to con-
form at the time of sale with all ap-
plicable regulations of the EPA and
of the California ARB. In Califor-
nia, new heavy-duty off-road en-
gines must be designed, built and
equipped to meet the State’s strin-
gent anti-smog standards.
DOOSAN INFRACORE must war-
rant to the initial owner, and each
subsequent owner, the emission
control system on your engine for
the periods of time listed below pro-
vided there has been no abuse, ne-
glect, improper maintenance or un-
approved modifications of your
engine. Your emission control sys-
tem may include those parts listed
below:
