N.B.:
PLACE A CONTAINER UNDER THE ENGINE AND DRAIN
THE OIL FROM THE CRANKCASE.
Extract:
- The engine oil pre-filter cap (1).
- The engine oil pre-filter.
- The 10 bolts (2) from the magneto flywheel cover.
- Cylinder head side cover (3).
- The cover gasket. (Renew when refitting).
Fit:
- The magneto flywheel (4) locking tool.
Magneto flywheel locking tool:

Fit:
- The magneto flywheel extractor (5).
Magneto flywheel extractor tool:
Ref. 864868
Extract:
- The nut.
- The washer.
Extract:
- The safety roller(6).
- The 2 starter system sprockets (7).
