Address Book
1 Press the  or  key to select [Address
Book].
2 Press the OK key.
3 Press the  or  key to select [Address
Book] or [Ext Address Book].
4 Press the OK key.
5 Press the  or  key to select the destination
(individual) you want to register as a
forwarding destination.
6 Press the OK key.
7 Press the  or  key to select the destination.
8 Press the OK key.
Entering Forwarding Destination Directly
1 Press the  or  key to select [Address
Entry].
2 Press the OK key.
3 Press the  or  key to select [FAX], [E-
mail], [Folder(SMB)] or [Folder(FTP)].
4 Press the OK key.
5 Use the numeric keys to enter the address to
be registered as a forwarding destination. Up
to 128 characters can be entered for e-mail
transmission, up to 64 digits can be entered
for fax transmission, and up to 64 digits can
be entered for file (SMB/FTP) transmission.
