Title block - Technical Support - Abbreviations
Description of the title block
Each footer contains a title block containing the following information:
●Line: line of the product concerned
●Units: Models covered by the explanations. The possibilities are as follows:
112, 112P, 112T, 112L, 211, 211P, 311, 311P.
The P denotes units with the pressure option. The T denotes table-top units.
●Serial No.:
from which the explanations on the page are valid. You will nd
an explanation of the serial numbers in the chapter "Description, General".
●Sw.: Version of the software which the explanations on the current page apply to.
●Rev.: Version of the module concerned. Month and year of design. Designer.
Whether technical support is required
During any failure if you wish to contact our technical service you will be asked for the following
information:
●Type
●Serialnumber
●Softwareversion
This for the sole purpose of serving you better and minimising time lost such as by delivering inap-
propriate spare parts.
