HACCP data: Download
Downloading HACCP data:
A. Connect the USB stick to the unit.
B. Go to the communication menu then USB.
C. Press the HACCP button.
D. Select the beginning and end dates for the
data to be downloaded. You can take at most
10 days' data guaranteed. Depending how
the unit is used you can take even more, but
the download will take even longer and be
even larger.
E. Start the download by pressing the HACCP
button.
F. The download has successfully nished
when the green tick is displayed.
G. If the download is not successful the USB
stick appears crossed out in red.
The HACCP les are text les with ex-
tention: TXT. These can be opened with any text
editor.
