Required tool
11. Lubricate seal contact surface of valve body
with a slight film of vacuum grease (0.025 ml).
12. Lubricate each O-ring with a slight film of
vacuum grease (0.0125 ml).
13. Lubricate seal contact surface of shaft with a
slight film of vacuum grease (0.0125 ml).
14. Slide both O-rings onto shaft till the end.
15. Deposit 0.0375 ml vacuum grease between
the O-rings
16. Clean shaft from vacuum grease.

17. Assemble mechanical unit in reverse order as
disassembled (steps 6 to 5).
18. Align pedestal parallel to valve body and
tighten the 2 mounting screws with 2.5 Nm
.
Make sure the pedestal is aligned
to be parallel with the valve body
