To Logout of the primary ACD Group;
1. Lift the handset or press the [SPEAKER] button,
2. Dial “582”, the ACD Agent Primary Logout code, or press the Logout Flex button.
3. Dial the ACD group number,
4. Dial the Agent ID, the agent is logged into the ACD group.
To Login to a secondary group using the Agent Id;
1. Lift the handset or press the [SPEAKER] button,
2. Dial ‘583’, the ACD Agent Secondary Login code, or press the Login Flex button,
3. Dial the ACD group number,
4. Dial the Agent ID, the agent is logged into the ACD group.
To Logout of the secondary ACD Group;
1. Lift the handset or the press [SPEAKER] button,
2. Dial “584”, the ACD Agent Secondary Logout code, or press the Logout Flex button.
3. Dial the ACD group number,
4. Dial the Agent ID, the agent is logged out of the ACD Group.

3. Dial the ACD group number
4. Dial the Agent ID, the agent is logged into the ACD group.
To Logout of the secondary ACD Group;
1. Lift the handset,
2. Dial “584”, the ACD Agent Secondary Logout code,
3. Dial the ACD group number,
4. Dial the Agent ID, the agent is logged out of the ACD Group.
