Removing the stator
- Remove the flywheel cover.
- Unscrew the 2 flywheel fixing screws and the four
pick-up fixing screws and cable harness retainer
screws.
- Remove the flywheel and the pick-up complete with cable harness.
Refitting the stator
- Refit the stator and flywheel carrying out the re-
moval procedure in reverse, tightening the retain-
ers to the specified torque.
- Respect the operation of the pick-up.
Locking torques (N*m)
Stator fixing screws 8 to 10 Pickup fixing
screws 3 to 4
Refitting the flywheel cover
- Fit the gasket and be careful with the two align-
ment dowels.
