Working in the field
Check the surrounding area before starting to use the machine
Before driving and using the machine the surrounding area should be
checked.
This prevents persons and animals in the vicinity from being harmed.
If the surrounding area is not checked, it may result in serious injuries
to persons or animals.
Keep away from the machine
No unauthorised persons should be close to the machine when active.
This will ensure that no dangerous situations can arise.
Persons close to the machine during operation are at risk of being
severely injured.
The machine is operated in the following way:
Remove the pin from the lock device.
Check that the lock device is free of the lock catch on the
machine's hydraulic cylinder.
Activate the tractor's hydraulic system and lower the machine
down to the working position.
Check that all guards on the machine are correctly positioned.
Disconnect the tractor's PTO outlet.
Carefully increase the speed on the tractor's P.T.O. shaft to 540
RPM.

Activate the tractor's lift arms and lower the machine down to the
fixed working height.

Find a suitable speed on the tractor and start to mow.
