6.15.10 Speed Factors
Protocol Pelco D is used in a wide range of domes and receivers. These objects don't move at the same speed
and it can be useful to change speed factors when speeds are too high or movement is not smooth enough.
It is recommended to try the four available speed factors and then choose the one that allows better
movements:

: second speed factor
: third speed factor
: forth speed factor.
