Additional Information display
Call information
When a user stops on an entry in the contacts list for more than 3 seconds, additional information is displayed.
Depending on the circumstances of the call, the display shows the state information
For IP installations, if present the secondary name string is displayed
For Due Fili Plus installations, in order of priority:
• if present, the string of the User Information field is displayed;
• if there is no string in the Information field, but there is one in the Secondary Name field, then the latter is displayed;
• if there are no strings in either User Information or Secondary Name, and there is another user with the same ID
then the name of this second user is displayed;
