This section is used to manage the user contacts list stored in the Outdoor Station
For each user, both for a new entry and when editing an existing user, the settable fields are:
ID Physical address of an Indoor Station or reception switchboard
Name Indoor Station Name
Information Additional information (e.g. technical firm)
Secondary Information Possible secondary name
Visible Indicates if the user must be visible in contacts list searches
Main Indicates if the user must be considered main if there are two identical IDs
Remapping Code used to call the user if the remapping is active
