4.2.2 Fitting the stator
Pay attention to the direction of installation when installing
the stator! The arrow (A) on the stator must be aligned to
the drive of the dispenser.
• Screw / push stator (4) onto rotor (1)
• Align the hole for the protection against turning (C) to the setscrew (16).
• Lightly do up the setscrew (16).
• Apply thread locking compound* to the thread on the end connection (5) and tighten the
end connection hand-tight (4RD6 / 3RD8 / 3RD10: 5-6 Nm; 3 RD12: 9-10 Nm).
• Unscrew the setscrew (16), apply thread locking compound* and refit it.
Tip: When screwing / pushing on the stator, it can be helpful to lock the drive shaft with a
suitable tool (pin, screwdriver, etc.) to prevent it from turning.
* Recommended thread locking compound: Loctite® 572
