4.3 Cleaning the dispenser
It is difficult to clean a dispenser of this type on use when using high-viscosity products,
cleaning is also unnecessary in the majority of cases. During this activity attention must
be paid to the chemical properties and chemical reactions of the products. Please contact
the manufacturer.
Attention! Danger from uncontrolled spurting out of the product. Only open the pipe
connections once they have been depressurised. It is recommended that you wear
suitable protective clothing under these circumstances.
Preparation
• Switch off the drive to the dispenser and lock it to prevent it from being switched on
again.
• Shut down the feed device.
• Release the admission pressure.
• Dismantle the dispenser from the drive.
Dismantling before cleaning
• Remove the stator as described in the previous section.
• Remove the 4 screws (12)
• Pull the rotor assembly (1) with the O-ring (27) out of the dispenser housing (3).
