Reassembling the dispenser
The dispenser is assembled in the reverse order of dismantling.
4.4 Dismantling the dispenser
Attention! Danger from uncontrolled spurting out of the product. Only open the pipe
connections once they have been depressurised. It is recommended that you wear
suitable protective clothing under these circumstances.
Preparation
• Switch off the drive to the dispenser and lock it to prevent it from being switched on
again.
• Shut down the feed device.
• Release the admission pressure.
• Dismantle the dispenser from the drive.
Dismantling
• Dismantle the stator as described in section 4.2.1.
• Dismantle the dispenser as outlined in section 4.3.
• Remove the 3 screws (11).
• Pull out the rotor assembly (1) with shaft sealing units (D) and (E) out of the dispenser
housing (3)
