B. Air connection
1. Connections
Check the correct direction of air flow and connect the "upstream" duct from the outdoor air inlet
to the side closest to the filter.
2. Pipe system type
The product can be used with several pipe system types:
• Flexible ducts (plan for at least 50 mm of insulation if using ducts in an unheated area)
• Semi-rigid ducts (in heated areas only)
• Rigid ducts (in heated areas only)
Recommendations when fitting ducts:
• Ensure that the ducts are not crushed.
• Avoid sudden changes of direction.
• Avoid unnecessary bends.
• Use straight lengths where possible.
• Balance the pipe system as much as possible.
• Check fittings for leaks.
