Our warranty shall automatically cease to apply should the VMI
®
CUBE VISION’R unit be subject
to a stoppage period of more than 2 months.
VMI–Ventilairsec shall under no circumstances be held liable for the failure, and the
consequences, of solutions sold to end customers, resulting from installation problems or
misuse.
In particular, VMI–Ventilairsec shall not be held liable for use by the customer of filters and
consumables not recommended by VMI–Ventilairsec. In this respect, the customer agrees to
only use filters and consumables indicated by VMI–Ventilairsec as being compatible.
VMI–Ventilairsec shall not be held liable should the customer or the professional installer of the
product fail to follow trade practice, applicable standards and installation instructions.
Any unjustified site visit on grounds not attributable to VMI–Ventilairsec shall be invoiced as
additional costs.
