10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
10.1 Installation of the blade
a) Raise the blade clamping units
b) Lower the upper and lower
front blade guides
c) Put the blade on the top part
of the machine
d) Put the blade on the roller tables
e) Lower the blade clamping units
f) Adjust the upper and lower blade guides

g) Adjust blade support. Locate the small rollers at about 2 mm from teeth tops and of blad back.

h) Position the 2 limit switchs at about 150 mm from the blade
i) Turn on the machine
j) Press the driving roller (cf. chapter « Driving device of the blade »).
k) Control blade feeding by activating the manual shifting. If the feeding is not correct, check the previ-
ous stages.
