3 SAFETY REGULATIONS
3.1 Explanation of symbols
The following warning signs are attached to the machine:
Caution DANGER OF ACCIDENTS!
Caution HIGH VOLTAGE!
Disconnect unit from mains! Maintenance by qualified staff only!
Caution DANGER OF CRUSHING!
Do not reach into the machine during set-up and automatic operation!
Danger from sharp tools!
Protective gloves must be worn
Risk of foot injuries!
Protective footwear must be worn
The warning signs on the machine must be kept in a legible condition.
In these operating instructions, the following symbols are used to draw attention to information of a
particularly important nature:
Note
Notes and information on the correct operation of the machine
Attention
Special information or instructions/prohibitions relating to damage prevention
Danger
Important information or instructions/prohibitions relating to the prevention of per-
sonal injury or extensive damage to property
3.2 Transport
• When loading, only use hoists and load carrying equipment with sufficient load-bearing capacity
• Only lift the machine correctly with a hoist in accordance with the instructions in the operating man-
ual (slinging points for load carrying equipment etc.)
