Lift awav
camshalt

remove oil
seals

Remove camshaft
bearing
caps 2 and 3
Slacken
nuts
crosswise
1o avoid
placing
uneven
load on

Lift out tappets
Notel
Do not interchange tappels.
Mark tappets so that
they can be installed
in same
position.
