Install holder
5l94 and dial indicator
(ranse
0 3 mm).
Set
gauge
to approx. 2 mm.
Turn
pump gear
clockwise until mark on
gear
and
mounting
bracket coincide.
Then
turn
pump
gear
back slightly unlil min reading
registers on dial inciicator.
Set indicator to zero.
Turn
pump gear
clockwise untilmark on
gear
and
pump
mounting bracket coincide. Lock
gear
in this
position
with stop 5193.

Unscrew and renrove
plug
from
Cylinder head. installing

Install camshaft rear sprocket and belt
Tlghten
center bolt by hand, but it should still be
possi
b e to turn sprocket on camshaft.

Set belt tension
Adjust lension
by rnoving
pump.
Use
gauge
5197 to
check tension. Attach
gauge
to be t
and
set to 12.5 units. Stretch belt until mark
on
gauge
plunger
is
flush with sleeve. Depress
be t strong
y
with
hand and recheck/adjust
tension.
