Camshaft rear
seal,
replacement
Remove camshaft rear sprocket
Hold sprocket in
position
with 5r99 and unscrew
sprocker
with wrench
5201.
Note! Take care not to rotete camshaft.

Remove
camshaft caD
4
and
old oil seal
Press in new oil seal
Oil seal.
Do not
push
in sealto bottom
position.
make
sure
that
Install
camshaft
caps 1 and 4
Make
sure lhat thrLrst washer for
camshaft cap 4 sils
Tightenins torq!e
20 Nm
(15
ft bs).

Tap in oil seal to
bottom
Use
adapter 5200 and bolt for rear
camshaii sprocket.

Check
camshaft setting
Check with
gauge
5190 thal camshaft is correctly set in
relation
to crankshaft.
Gauge should fit in
groove
in back end ofcrankshart. lf
nol, engine m'rst be basic-sei according to operations
c1-21.
