3. Lay the pedal cables on the floor so that the possibility of injury or accident by
tripping or entanglement is eliminated, and so that the cables can not be dam-
aged (e.g. from rolling the chair).

Cataract and vitreoretinal interface heads
Two surgical interface heads are available for training on Eyesi Surgical.

Connecting the surgical interface head:
1. Put the surgery interface head on the operating table.
2. Connect the surgical interface head to the USB port on the front panel of the
simulator PC (ÂFig. 28 on page38).

The surgical interface heads can be interchanged while the simulator running.
