7.6 Speed Dial
7.6.1 Assign a Speed Dial Phonebook Entry
You can assign 9 of your phonebook entries to a speed dial slot (0, 2-9). The speed dial entries are
shared by all handsets.
Up to 9 speed dial entries can be stored. The speed dial number must be created from an existing entry
in the phonebook.
Press MENU when the phone is not in use.
Press

to scroll to Phonebook, then press SELECT.
Press

to scroll to Speed dial, then press SELECT.
Press

, or a dialing key (0, 2-9) to choose the desired speed dial location.
Press ASSIGN to show the phonebook.
Press

to browse to the desired entry.
-OR-
Use the alphabetical search to nd the desired entry.
Press ASSIGN to save. The name (up to 12 characters) appears in the selected speed dial
location.
7.6.2 View the Speed Dial Phonebook
Press MENU when the phone is not in use.

to scroll to Phonebook, then press SELECT.

to scroll to Speed dial, then press SELECT.
Press

to browse to the desired entry.
7.6.3 Dial a Speed Dial Entry
When idle, press and hold the dialling key (0, 2-9) corresponding to the assigned entry you wish
to call.
