Operating principle:
The Basic 8000 spray wall is suitable for continuous operation. The air is suctioned off with
the over-spray and guided through the deflector grate 4 to the filters 5. The filter elements
(cartridges) are cleaned automatically, in alternation, as one filter element is quickly cleaned
at a time, while the other elements remain in operation. The settings of the cleaning cycle
depend on the type and quantity of the powder to be separated. The recovered powder
collects on the floor 6 and must be regularly disposed of using an industrial vacuum cleaner.
