10 TROUBLESHOOTING AND RECTIFICATION
Malfunction Cause Rectification
Extraction capacity is too weak
(safety stop triggers)
Fuses defective Replace the fuses
The filter cleaning system is not ac-
tivated
Start and shorten the cleaning in-
tervals if required
(interval program in the control
cabinet)
The solenoid valves in the filtering
system are defective
Replace the solenoid valves
The cleaning filters are clogged Clean or replace the filter cartridges
Dust is exhausted from the
blower
Filter cartridges are incorrectly in-
stalled
Mount the filter cartridges correctly
The seal of the filter cartridge is de-
fective
Replace the foam rubber gasket
Filter cartridges are damaged Replace filter cartridges
Excessive noise and/or vibra-
tions from the housing
The ventilator bearings are defec-
tive
Replace electric motor
Dust deposits on the ventilator
blades
Clean the ventilator blades
No powder feed The injector is clogged or worn Clean the injector and, if necessary,
replace worn parts
The powder hose is dirty or bent Clean the powder hose and check
the hose for bends
The spray guns are clogged Gun cleaning
Insufficient feed and dosing air Check the air supply system
