Steps 1, 2, 4 and 5 display numerical values of little interest.
Step 3 permits a set-point speci cation for the air volume controller selected of between
0.00 and 6.00 m³/h.
The volume of air ejected can be compared with a suitable measuring device.
The total range of 0.00 - 6.00 m³/h should be checked.
Possible causes of error:
– Proportional valves jammed due to oil and water display large jumps or remain in one
particular setting.
– The valve does not close all the way and air ows without control.
– An air leak in the unit may result in huge deviations.
