10.4 Checklist for inspection and maintenance

Check the air filter on the evaporator and clean if
necessary.

Check the flow rate of the sea water circuit at the
sea water outlet.

Check and clean the sea water strainer. Refer to the
filter manufacturer's specifications.

Check the condensate outflow from the con-

line for free passage and leaks.

Clean the sea water circuit.

Check the electrical connections for corrosion to the
contacts and firm seating.

Check the shaft seal of the sea water pump and re-
place it if necessary (does not apply to magnetically
coupled pumps).
