Why won't my Weber mt TRC 66 Garbage Disposal engine start?
- JJoseph StephensAug 11, 2025
If the Weber mt Garbage Disposal engine doesn't start, several factors could be at play. It might be due to an operating error, so try starting the machine again as described in the manual. Check the fuel level to ensure there's enough fuel. A dirty fuel filter could also be the culprit, so replace it if needed. Similarly, a dirty air filter can prevent the engine from starting; clean it or replace the air filter cartridge. Air in the fuel system can also cause starting issues, so vent the engine. An idle misadjustment can also be a factor, so adjust the idling speed. Check the fuse of the glow system and replace it if it's defective. Finally, ensure the battery charge is correct; check the battery and charge or replace it if necessary.
