PERFORATED DISK and SEAL UNDER THE PAD
Every 4 months, replace
the shower (2) and
gasket under the pad
of the dispenser (4)
group (we
recommend
to use only
genuine parts)
proceeding
as follows:
loosen the screw (• 1);
remove the containment ring (• 3);
replace the perforated disk (• 2) and the seal under
the pad (4);
reassemble the components•

Verify the correct
operation of the
pressure
limiting valve and
non-return drain valve
as follows:
PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
block the pressure switch contacts;•
wait for the boiler pressure to increase • and check
that the valve activates at the maximum pressure
of 2 bar.
NON-RETURN DRAIN VALVE
activate the delivery groups for about 30 sec-•
onds;
attach a filter holder (• 5) with pressure gauge
(available on request) to the group;
activate the delivery group, and use the pressure •
gauge (6) to monitor the pressure as it increases
up to 8-9 bar;
check the increase in the pressure due to the •
expansion of the heated water up to a value of
approximately 12 bar: reaching this value con rms
proper operation of the valve, as well as of the
gaskets and solenoid valves seal;
check the other delivery groups.•

Check for LIME SCALE on heating elements and •
boilers.
Check the e ciency of the SOLENOID VALVES of •
the delivery groups.
Check for any HYDRAULIC LEAKS and for the ef-•
 ciency of the drains.
