5.4 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
• Before using the machine, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to
the information on the data plate of the machine;
•
Plug the machine into the electrical mains.
On the electrical mains, it is advisable to install a main protection
switch (A).
Fill the tank only with cold potable water. Do not use other types of liquids or carbonated beverages.
Operating without water may damage the machine.
5.3 WATER SUPPLY (model with internal tank)
Machines with internal tanks do not require connection to the water mains because the water is supplied
from the internal tank of the machine.
If there is no more water in the tank, the STOP/PR
(1) LED starts to blink as a warning in the EVD
model. In the
EPU (2) and EMA (3) models lack of water is indicated by the dedicated signal light.
To restore the water level, remove the tank cover and add water.

We recommend periodically cleaning the tank using the following procedure:
• extract the tank from its housing;
•
carefully wash the tank with lukewarm water;
• fill the tank with potable water;
•
place the tank correctly in place.
