12. DISPLAY INDICATIONS
Code Indication Cause Action
A001 ALARM: Initial self-test • Negative initialization cycle.
• Check the number of groups congured on
the machine.
• Switch the machine o and back on..
A002 ALARM: date not set
• No date and time. • Set the Date and Time.
A003 ALARM: NCT sensor failure on the card. • NTC card defective or open.
• Switch the machine o and back on again.
• If necessary, replace the card.
A004 ALARM: Steam boiler NTC probe failure
• Services boiler temperature probe discon-
nected or faulty.
• Check for proper connection of the cervices
boiler probe.
• If necessary, replace the probe.
A005 ALARM: Cup-warmer NTC probe failure
• Cup heater temperature probe disconnected.
• Temperature probe in short circuit.
• Cup heater overtemperature.
• Check for proper connection of the cup heater
probe.
• If necessary, replace the probe.
A006 ALARM: Autosteamer NTC probe failure
• Autosteamer temperature probe disconnected.
• Autosteamer probe in short circuit.
• Autosteamer probe overtemperature.
• Check for proper connection of the Au-
tosteamer probe.
• If necessary, replace the probe.
A007 ALARM: Card overheating warning • Card above the warning temperature. • Turn the machine o and wait a few minutes.
A008 ALARM: Card overheating • Card above the safety temperature. • Turn the machine o and wait a few minutes.
A009 ALARM: Inlet dispenser;
• Volumetric dispenser does not measure the
water. 6 seconds have elapsed since the last
pulse received by the dispenser.
• Check connection on the volumetric dispenser.
• Check that there is actually water in the mains
water supply.
• Check pump lter / volumetric dispenser lter.
• Check the 1 mm group output JET.
• Check the output JET of the 0.5 mm. volumetric
dispenser.
A010 ALARM: Steam boiler heating timeout
• Services boiler heat circuit disconnected.
• Safety thermostat open.
• Fuse F9 burned out.
• Faulty static relays.
• Check services boiler heat circuit, if necessary
replace burned out parts.
A011 ALARM: Steam boiler safety level
• The water in the services boiler has dropped
below the minimum level.
• Switch the machine o and back on again.
• Check that the probe is not dirty with lime-
stone.
• Check for correct connection of the minimum
level probe.
• Check for the smooth passage of water in the
boiler.
A012
ALARM: Initial steam boiler lling
timeout
First installation:
• The services boiler has not completed lling in
the maximum time (255 seconds).
• The level probe does not detect the presence
of water.
Check services boiler water lling hydraulic
circuit:
• Switch the machine o and back on again.
• Check that there is actually water in the mains
water supply.
• Check lling solenoid valve / pump lter
• Check fuse F1 of the control unit.
A013 ALARM: Steam boiler lling timeout
During operation:
• The services boiler has not completed the lling
in the maximum time (45 seconds).
Check services boiler water lling hydraulic
circuit:
• Switch the machine o and back on again.
• Check that there is actually water in the mains
water supply.
• Check lling solenoid valve / pump lter
• Check fuse F1 of the control unit.
