A043 ALARM: Group water empty • No water in the coee boiler.
• Switch the machine o and back on again.
• Check that there is actually water in the mains
water supply.
• Check solenoid valve / pump lter
• Check volumetric dispenser (lter input / 0.5
mm output JET output).

nication timeout
• Communication error
• Check the number of groups congured on
the machine.
• Power cycle the machine (while not being
updated).
M065 ALARM: Dispensing too fast • The machine is dispensing coee too quickly. • Check the grind and the dose.
M066 ALARM: dispensing too slow • The machine is dispensing coee too slowly. • Check the grind and the dose.
M067 ALARM: Grinder wear
• The programmed threshold for replacing the
grinders has been reached.
• Call the Technical Assistance.
M068 ALARM: Water softener regeneration
• The programmed threshold for regenerating
the softener has been reached.
• Call the Technical Assistance.
