4.2 Failed to Register the System
Cause
You exited System interface during registering the system.
Solution
Press → 1 to enter System interface, take a picture of the interface, send
the photo to your developer, and stay at the interface until the end of registration.
Note: Once you exited System interface, you need to take the picture and send it to your developer again.
4.3 Drive 400 Alarm
Cause
1. An exception in the encoder due to poor contact.
2. Out of battery. Or an exception in the battery.
Solution
1. Connect with the encoder again or change the connection wire.
2. Change the battery:
1. Manually move the machine tool to the machine origin.
2. Turn off the power of the machine tool.
3. Replace the battery.
4. To initialize the encoder in the auxiliary function mode, do the following:
keep pressing ▲ until the display changes to Start:
Note: Start may not be observed since it lasts for a very short time.
When encoders that are not supported are connected, Error shows.
