It will take effect when parameter N73002 Z Axis Lifting Mode on Pause is set to 2.

For an absolute motor, it is recommended to set to 5.
For an incremental motor, it is recommended to set to 2.

The times that the tool approaches the surface of tool sensor.
When the error in tool calibration is too large, it is recommended to set this
parameter to 3.
N75013 Retract Distance in Tool Calibration
The uplift distance after the tool sensor signal is detected for the first time.
N75203 F in Fixed Calibration
The speed that the tool moves from the highest point to the start point in fixed
calibration.
