4.1 Intervals
4.2 Performing a visual inspection
1. Check all parts of the emergency backpack for damage.
2. Check charging interface and connection line for:
• Wear
• Exposed wires
• Bent terminal connections
3. If parts are damaged: Replace defective parts.
4.3 Checking emergency backpack
1. Check that the following parts are secured firmly.
Please note: The parts must be connected securely to the
emergency backpack.
• Handles
• Shoulder straps
• Holding bracket
• Tension belts for oxygen cylinder

• After every assembly
• After every hygienic reprocessing
• At least every 6 months
Portable unit including all fitted
devices
Follow the instructions for use of the
portable units.
