9 Faults rectification
The following faults must be rectified only by qualified personnel:

65h First detailed fault code: uCheck freedom of movement of air damper and/or
00h angle drive and gas butterfly valve.
Tolerance fault air stepping motor, gas uReplace the stepping motor.

A2h Safety circuit is open uCheck safety circuit.
A4h Reverse voltage valve 1 uCheck the wiring to the double gas valves.
A5h Reverse voltage valve 2 uCheck the wiring to the double gas valves.
A6h Flame simulation/extraneous light uFind and eliminate extraneous light source.
uCheck ionization electrode.
A7h No flame signal after safety time uSet the ignition electrode.
uCheck the ignition unit, replace if necessary
uCheck the ionization electrode and cable, replace if
necessary.
uCheck the gas valves actuators (solenoids or
motors), replace if necessary.
uCheck the mixing pressure, reduce if necessary.
uCheck the burner settings.
uReplace the combustion manager (see Ch 8.12).
