9 Faults rectification
The following faults must be rectified only by qualified personnel:

A8h Flame failure during operation uCheck burner setting.
uCheck the ionization electrode, replace if necessary.
A9h Flame failure during stabilization time uSee A7h.
AAh Switch contact of the air pressure uCheck the air pressure influences.
switch not in stand-by uCheck the air pressure switch setting.
uCheck the air pressure switch and cable, replace if needed.
uReplace the combustion manager (see Ch. 8.12).
Abh Air pressure switch doesn’t react uCheck the air pressure switch setting.
uCheck the air pressure switch’s hoses.
uCheck the air pressure switch and cable, replace if needed.
uCheck the burner motor and cable, replace if needed.
Adh Insufficient gas at the low gas uCheck the gas connection pressure.
pressure switch uCheck the gas pressure switch, press the reset
button, if needed.
uSet the gas pressure switch.
AEh Valve 1 leaking during valve proving uCheck the soundness of the gas train.
uCheck the setting and function of the gas pressure switch.
uReplace the valve.
uCheck parameter E0.
AFh Valve 2 leaking during valve proving uCheck the soundness of the gas train.
uCheck the setting and function of the gas pressure switch.
uReplace the valve.
b6h Fault POC contact uCheck the POC contact
uCheck the gas valves.
bAh Flame simulation - or - uFind and eliminate the extraneous light source.
extraneous light at start-up uCheck the ionization electrode.
bbh Burner shutdown via X3:7 -
CAh Valve proving faulty uCheck the low gas pressure switch/valve proving
gas pressure switch.
uCheck the gas valves.
Cdh LDW 2 doesn’t switch uCheck the air pressure switch setting.
uCheck the air pressure switch’s hoses.
uCheck the air pressure switch and cable, replace if needed.
CEh Plug No. 15 is disconnected -or - uPlug in the plug.
High gas pressure switch uCheck the gas connection pressure.
doesn’t react uSet the high gas pressure switch.
uCheck the high gas pressure switch, replace or
press the reset button, if necessary.
CFh No start release (X3:14) uCheck start release.
d1h Connection to stepping motor faulty uCheck the connection.
d2h More than 5 resets in the past 15 min. uRectify the cause of fault.
by remote reset (X3:14) uReset the burner by the operating interface.
d4h External voltage at op. signal X7:B5 uFind and eliminate the external voltage source.
Internal unit fault uSwitch off temporarily the power supply.
uReset the burner, replace the combustion manager
if fault re-occurs.
