Connecting the burner motor
The motor must be protected against thermal overload and short circuit. Weishaupt
recommend the use of a motor protection switch.
Open terminal box on motor.
Connect voltage supply to wiring diagram enclosed, observe motor rotation.
Variable speed drive (optional)
If the frequency converter is located on the motor, the cable to the frequency con-
verter is not screened.
If the frequency converter is separate the control line and the motor connection
must be screened.
Apply screen to the screen clamp on frequency converter.
Use screen cable glands (metal) on the burner.
