3. Slacken the toothed belt [4] by moving the
motor in the motor in the elongated holes.
4. To remove the toothed belt [4], start by
pulling the toothed belt off of the toothed belt
pulley (gear) [3].
Mounting the toothed belt
1. First, fit the new toothed belt [2] around the
toothed belt pulley (motor) [3].
2. Then, fit the toothed belt [2] around the
toothed belt pulley (gear) [1].
3. Tension the toothed belt [4] to the correct belt
tension by moving the motor in the elongated
holes and tighten the four screws [5] of the
motor flange.
4. Verify correct tension of the toothed belt; if
necessary, readjust the tension of the toothed
belt.

The toothed belt is correctly tensioned if
it can be manually twisted by - depending
on the length of the toothed belt - 45° to
90° along the longitudinal axis in the center
between the two pulleys.

frequency for adjusting the toothed belt with a
belt tension meter.
