NOTICE
The thermal insulation shells included in the scope of
delivery are exclusively permitted in heating and do-
mestic hot water circulation applications with fluid
temperatures >20°C!
Insulation of the pump in cooling/air-conditioning systems
Single pumps can be insulated for use in cooling and air condition-
ing applications using Wilo cold water insulation shells (Wilo-
ClimaForm) or any other commercially available, diffusion-proof in-
sulation materials.
There are no prefabricated cold water insulation shells for twin-
head pumps. For this purpose, use commercially available, diffu-
sion-proof insulation materials provided by the customer.
CAUTION
Electrical defect!
Condensate that accumulates in the motor can cause an elec-
trical defect.
Insulate pump housing only up to the separating gap to the motor!
Keep the condensate drain grooves unobstructed to ensure that
condensate that develops in the motor can drain off without prob-
lems!

5.7 Following installation
1. Check impermeability of the pipe/flange connection.
6 Electrical connection
6.1 Personnel requisition
Electrical work: Electrical work must be performed by a qualified
electrician.
6.2 Requirements
DANGER
Risk of fatal electrical shock!
• Immediate risk of fatal injury if live components are
touched!
• Failure to install safety devices (e.g. module cover
of control module) can cause electrical shock, poten-
tially resulting in life-threatening injuries!
• Even if the LED is not illuminated, voltage may be
present inside the control module!
• If setting and operating elements are improperly re-
moved from the control module, there is a danger of
electric shock if interior electrical components are
touched!
• Applying an incorrect voltage to SELV lines will re-
sult in incorrect voltage in all pumps and on-site
building automation devices that are connected to
SELV lines.
Always deactivate the power supply from the pump and if neces-
sary SSM and SBM!
Never operate the pump without the module cover closed!
