3.3 Lagerung/Konservierung
Wenn die Inbetriebnahme längere Zeit nach der Lieferung erfolgen soll,
empfehlen wir zur Lagerung von Pumpe/Pumpenaggregat die folgenden
Maßnahmen:

Beschädigung durch Feuchtigkeit, Schmutz
oder Schädlinge bei der Lagerung
Korrosion/Verschmutzung
von Pumpe/Pumpenaggregat

Bei Außenlagerung Pumpe/Pumpenaggregat
oder verpackte Pumpe/Pumpenaggregat und
Zubehör wasserdicht abdecken.
ACHTUNG
Feuchte, verschmutzte oder beschädigte
Öffnungen und Verbindungsstellen
Undichtigkeit oder Beschädigung der Pumpe!

Öffnungen und Verbindungsstellen der
Pumpe vor der Lagerung ggf. reinigen
und verschließen.
Pumpe/Pumpenaggregat sollte in einem trockenen, geschützten
Raum bei möglichst konstanter Luftfeuchtigkeit lagern. Welle einmal
monatlich von Hand durchdrehen, z. B. über Lüfter des Motors.
Bei sachgemäßer Innenlagerung ist ein Schutz für drei Monate
gewährleistet (Bestellung und Auftragsbestätigung beachten). Neue
Pumpen/Pumpenaggregate sind werkseitig entsprechend behandelt,
d.h. Spaltringe und Stufenhülsen mit physiologisch unbedenklichem
Spezialschmierstoff benetzt.
Bei Einlagerung länger als drei Monate wird die Konservierung auftrags-
bezogen spezifiziert (Bestellung und Auftragsbestätigung beachten).
3.3.1 Haltbarkeit der Konservierung
Die Konservierung ist im Normalfall für eine Zeitdauer von ca. 3
Monaten ausgelegt.
3.3.2 Schutz vor Umgebungseinflüssen
Für den Transport werden Pumpen und Pumpenaggregate gemäß
Vereinbarung bei Auftragserteilung verpackt.
3.3.3 Entfernen der Konservierung
Die Konservierung wird durch den Probebetrieb der Pumpe bzw.
der Anlage ausgewaschen. Eine Entfernung ist deshalb nicht nötig.
3.4 Rücksendung
1. Die Pumpe ordnungsgemäß entleeren.
2. Die Pumpe spülen und ggf. von gefährlichen Stoffen reinigen.
3.3 Storage/preservation
If commissioning is to take place some time after delivery, we
recommend that the following measures be taken for pump (set)
storage:
CAUTION
Damage during storage by humidity, dirt,
or vermin
Corrosion/contamination
of the pump (set)!

For outdoor storage cover the pump (set) or
the packaged pump (set) and accessories
with waterproof material.
CAUTION
Wet, contaminated or damaged openings
and connections
Leakage or damage to the pump set!

Only remove caps/covers from the
openings of the pump set at the time
of installation.
Store the pump/pump aggregate in a dry, protected room where the
atmospheric humidity is as constant as possible. Rotate the shaft by
hand once a month, e.g. via the motor fan.
If properly stored indoors, the pump set is protected for three months
(please refer to order or order confirmation). New pumps/pump
aggregates are supplied by our factory duly prepared that means
split ring and step sleeves are wetted with physiological harmless
special lubricant.
For storage periods exceeding three months, the pump set is
preserved as specified in the purchase order (please refer to order
or order confirmation).
3.3.1 Durability of preservation
In regular case the preservationlasts for a period of time of
approximately 3 month.
3.3.2 Protection against environmental influences
Pumps and pump aggregates are packed for transportation according
to the agreement at the occasion of the order
3.3.3 Removal of preservation
Normally conservation is washed-off during trial service of the pump/
plant. Therefore a removal is not necessary.
3.4 Return delivery
1. Drain the pump properly.
2.
Rinse the pump and, if necessary, clean it of dangerous substances.
