Clearing Jams at Cover B
To resolve the error displayed on the control panel you must clear all paper from the paper path.
WARNING: Internal parts of the printer can be hot. Use caution when doors and covers are open.
1. Press the Cover B Release Button and open the cover.
2. Lift both green fuser levers to their full-upright position, then remove the paper by pulling it in the
direction shown.
Note: When Cover B is closed, both fuser levers automatically return to their original position.
3. Close the cover.
