Notes:
If the control panel is dark, press the Power Saver button.
Use the arrow buttons to navigate through the menus.
To release the remainder of prints after printing a Sample Set:
1. At the control panel, touch Print Menu.
2. Navigate to Sample Set, then press OK.
3. Navigate to your directory under Select User ID, then press the Right arrow.
4. Navigate to the desired print job, then press the Right arrow.
5. Navigate to Print, then press OK.
6. To increase or decrease the Quantity, press the arrow buttons, then press OK.
7. To print the job, press OK.
The remainder of the job prints, and the job is deleted from the printer.
8. To return the printer to Ready, press Back.
Secure Print
Secure Print allows you to associate a 112 digit passcode number with a print job when sending it to
the printer. The job is held at the printer until the same passcode is entered at the control panel.
Notes:
If the control panel is dark, press the Power Saver button.
Use the arrow buttons to navigate through the menus.
To release a Secure Print job for printing:
1. At the control panel, touch Print Menu.
2. Navigate to Secure Print, then press OK.
3. Navigate to your directory under Select User ID, then press the Right arrow.
4. Use the arrow buttons to enter your passcode, then press OK.
5. Navigate to the desired print job, then press the Right arrow.
6. Navigate to Print & Delete or Print & Save, then press OK.
7. To increase or decrease the Quantity, press the arrow buttons, then press OK.
8. To print the job, press OK.
To return the printer to Ready, press Back.
Delay Print
You can delay a print job for up to 24 hours from the original job submission time. Enter the time at
which you would like the job to print. If the time you enter is earlier than the time that you submit the
print job, it prints on the following day. The Delayed Print default time is midnight.
