5. If the problem persists, lift out the imaging unit for the problem color, keeping the toner
cartridge installed.
6. To avoid toner spills, hold the imaging unit in an upright position. Slide the cover away
from the shiny coating at the bottom of the unit, and lift it high enough to visually
inspect it.
Caution: Do not touch the shiny coating of the imaging unit.
