To turn the toll save mode on:

Press Toll Save. The button backlight turns on.

Press Enter when “Start Time” displays on the bottom line.

Enter the time when your machine starts sending toll save
faxes, using the number keypad.
To select “Am” or “Pm” for 12-hour format, press the or
button.

Press Enter when the start time on the display is correct.

Press the scroll button (

) to display “End Time” and
press Enter.

Enter the time when the toll save transmission ends, using
the number keypad.

Press Enter to save the setting.

To return to Standby Mode, press Stop/Clear.
Once the toll save mode is activated, your machine stores all of
the documents to be faxed into the memory and sends them at
the programed time.
To turn the toll save mode off, press Toll Save again. The button
backlight turns off and the mode is deactivated.
NOTE:
Once the toll-saving time is set, the Toll Save button
allows you to only enable or disable the toll save mode. To change
the time setting, use the Toll Save item in the Advaced Fax
menu. See page 5.5.
