9.2 Event messages
Event message Cause Remedy
**ACKNOWLEDGED** The operator panel Reset button is
pressed or the web tool
Acknowledge button is clicked.
There is no action is required.
Reset Active status: The Restart button is
pressed or the power is turned off.
Not active status: The restart is
completed or the power is turned
on.
There is no action is required.
Watchdog reset There is a restart initiated by the
software because of an internal
error.
If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
FLASH csum/mr error There is an error in the database
memory.
If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
EEPROM csum error There is an error in the
configuration memory.
If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
EEPROM init There is an initialization of the
configuration memory.
No action is required.
RAM corrupt error There is a failure in the memory. If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
Ethernet error There is a failure in the Ethernet
circuit.
If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
Program error There is an invalid program state. If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
Clock error There is a clock circuit failure or a
lost backup voltage.
Set the clock.
File upload error There is an unsuccessful attempt to
install a program or upload a
database.
Upload again.
New program There is a installation of a new
program.
There is no action is needed.
Email error There is an error in the email
settings.
Check the email settings.
Email test There is a transmission of test
email.
There is no action is required.
Pump mem. com error There is a communication error with
the pump memory.
Check the:
• wiring
• communication LEDs
• Activate settings for RS-485/Modbus under
General configuration
• any interference
Pump mem. csum error There is an error in the pump
memory.
If the message recurs, then contact the local
sales and service representative.
