Series PD 39 M
The sensors of this differential pressure transmitter are two piezoresistive silicon pressure
sensors, mounted on a tape (TAP) freely floating in an oil chamber. The pressure is
transferred to the sensor by a separate steel diaphragm in the oil chamber.
