4.1 Pressure Transmitter Series PA-21 R
The sensor of this transmitter is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor, mounted
on a tape (TAP) freely floating in an oil chamber. The pressure is transferred to
the sensor by a separate nickel diaphragm in the oil chamber.
