INSTALLATION
1. Install:
• Tiller handle assembly 1
• Nut 2
2. Install:
• Grommet 1
• Fuel Hose 2
• Battery wire harness 3
• Speedometer hose 4
• Main switch leads 5
• PTT switch lead 6
• Extension wire harness 7
• Shift control cable 8
• Throttle control cable 9
3. Connect:
• Main switch lead connectors 1
• Zip tie 2
• Zip tie 3
NOTE:
Pass the shift control cable 4 and throttle
control cable 5 under the tiller handle
assembly.
4. Connect:
• Extension wire harness coupler 1
• Overheat and oil warning lead coupler
2
• Trim sensor lead coupler 3
Nut:
38 Nm (3.8 m•kg, 27 ft•lb)
